The drive is beautiful.  You will love it!

ISLAND PARK RESERVOIR

This is a beautiful lake that is wonderful to ski on, canoe, swim, fish and you can often spot wildlife on the shore!  You can easily spend the whole day here.

SNOWMOBILING/ATVs

500 miles of snowmobile trails start right out the door.  Same trail system for ATVs come summertime!

HORSEBACK RIDING!!

GOLF!

Spend a beautiful day on the greens at Island Park Village Resort Golf Course.  Cheap prices and you can rent the clubs and carts at the clubhouse. 

YELLOWSTONE!

Just 30 minutes to the west entrance.  While there, be sure to check out these must see areas:  Old Faithful and The Lodge, Buffalo at Hayden Valley, Yellowstone Falls at Artist's Point, The Cascades near the North Entrance, The North Entrance shops, swimming at Fire Hole. 

 MESA FALLS

Everyone says this is something you can't miss.  It's true!  It's incredible!  You are driving out and it looks like there is no way there can be anything spectacular there...and all of a sudden, out of nowhere are the most spectacular falls. Don't miss it!  The ranger station is great for the kids, too, because they have a bit of a museum where the kids can actually touch animal pelts.  It's a great place! It is very close to Island Park, so it makes for a great morning adventure.

Horseback Riding, Lots of Hikes, World Class Fly Fishing, Lots of Sightseeing. 

We always are saying there is not enough time to do and see what we want to! We will continue to come up here year after year.
