The house is located on 1 1/2 wooded acres....so there is plenty of privacy and room to have fun. 

• The lawn is great in the summertime for picnics, playing volleyball, croquet, etc. 
• Covered Jacuzzi outside to relax in year round!
• Play a game of hoops!
• In the back we have a great fire ring that, as you can see, we use year round---roast marshmallows, dutch oven, sing around the campfire! 
• We are just a 10 minute walk (about 4 blocks through the woods) to the Henry's Fork River.....World Famous for fly fishing and a great place for a slow tube ride down the river! 
• There is plenty of parking space.
• A WINTER WONDERLAND with 500 miles of snowmobile trails start right out the door. Snowmobile right from the driveway!  Average annual snowfall in Island Park is 9 feet!  These same trails are used for ATVs in summer
